The results I’ve achieved in terms of fat loss have been remarkable. I’ve shed those extra pounds, gained strength, and improved my overall fitness level. As a middle-aged man, I feel more energetic and confident than I have in years, and I’m grateful for Chris’s contribution to all of this. Cheers big man!

I finally learnt how to actually do all the things I’ve read and planned to do for years. I’m well on my way to achieving the fat loss goals I’ve had for years but have been putting off. My one complaint though, MORE DOG CONTENT :).

Chris helped me get over the hurdle’s I had and start my fitness journey. At 36 I had all but quit but he showed me how to build healthier habits so I felt confident about myself. We started at home before going to the gym. He was so patient and understanding that it never felt forced. I feel stronger than ever!

I started my fitness journey with Chris on the 1st August during a free trial period which was offered. I started to see results with a couple of weeks due to the tailored training programmes which were created to suite my work/life balance. Chris explains everything clearly and checks in on a weekly basis to ensure that Iā€™m on track to reach my goals, Iā€™m excited to see what the future brings!

I’ve really enjoyed the workouts! including the home workouts for when I couldn’t get in the gym. They were really adaptable to the lifestyle that I have. Checking in with me was so important for accountability and motivation that I needed to keep going. I’ve lost some weight and another big thing for me is having gone from years of some days not having a single drink of water (or any fluids) to now actually feeling thirsty and necking back the H20 each day!!! My skin has genuinely been much clearer and healthier from the šŸ’§. I really feel I’ve picked up some healthy habits along the way and will continue to keep going! šŸ˜†

Chris has given me the confidence to believe in my own ability and strength when it comes to exercise. Over the last 8 weeks I have gone from not being able to bend my knee properly to using the weights equipment and doing dead lifts!

With my unpredictable anxiety episodes and ever changing work schedule. It gave me a sense of control over my fitness journey. I love the app, as everything is in one place, so easy! Little Rudi is the real reason I chose Chris, so its all thanks to him really!

The knowledge Chris has is amazing! You can tell he’s been doing it for years. I was understood and explained to in a way I had not been before by other PT’s as he’s great at instructing in a simple, relatable way. I’ve gone from being scared of going over 20kg on deadlifts because of my back, now i’m in the 100kg club!
